Understanding the Program
What Is Evening IOP?
An evening intensive outpatient program (IOP) is structured clinical treatment that takes place after typical working hours — so you can receive care without disrupting your daytime responsibilities.
Our evening IOP is designed for people who need more than weekly therapy but do not need 24/7 inpatient care. Clients receive structured support for substance use, mental health symptoms, and dual diagnosis concerns in one connected program.
At New Hope, many clients don't struggle with only one issue. Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, alcohol use, opioid use, and other substance use concerns often overlap — our evening IOP addresses all of it together.
Sessions typically run 3–5 times per week, 3 hours per session, between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. This schedule lets working professionals, students, and parents access clinical-level care while maintaining their daily routines.

Real clinical structure after hours — so you never have to choose between your job and your recovery.
