COVID-19: New Hope  Healthcare follows Federal, state and local government, CDC, and WHO guidance.

Alumni

An important facet of treatment at New Hope Healthcare includes during- and aftercare support services. It is our experience that those who participate in alumni groups after treatment have a much higher chance of remaining sober.

Alumni Groups

At New Hope we don’t just offer alumni services to our clients, but also the families. We believe that the families are just as much a part of our program as the client. We have implemented an open door policy, which allows those who came through our program to have access to extra support.

We strive to build a community that encourages our clients to feel welcome anytime. By hosting events and an annual alumni party, we create an atmosphere that promotes community. We believe that having a strong community of peers is one of the most important factors for you loved one’s growth.

Parent Support Group

We also believe that incorporating the family as often as possible is beneficial to our clients. We know that the stress of working through issues with your child is tough, and more often you feel as though you’re failing as a parent. During our support groups, you will have the opportunity to talk in an open format group with other parents going through similar situations. This group will be facilitated by one of our staff and intended to create a supportive environment for parents to feel free to talk about various issues. This is open to current parents of our program, and also parents of alumni.

When I got to New Hope I thought I was broken beyond repair. The staff met me where I was at and began to restore my purpose and passion for recovery. Being a new organization there is a growing process and I got to witness some of those however the one constant was the selflessness and dedication every single one of the staff have towards the clients that walk through the doors. It is very evident that Buddy and his team are called to do this work. New Hope no longer feels like just another stay in rehab they are like family to me. At the end of my treatment I hope to be able to join the New Hope family as they grown and continue reaching the community of Knoxville and surround areas!

A very welcoming place for a treatment center. Feels more like a second home than a rehab. I enjoyed all the activities we got to do & loved the vibe of everyone there, always working around your needs and finding the best possible way to support your recovery.
